Website Cloner lets you clone and download publicly accessible website assets (such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images, and fonts) and, where configured, fetch media from Telegram channels you are authorized to access. Optional delivery destinations include this server, your computer, or Google Drive when you connect a Google account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Clone, download, or redistribute content you do not have the right to copy
Violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
Circumvent paywalls, authentication, or technical access controls
Use the Service to attack, scrape at abusive scale, or disrupt third-party systems
Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or abuse shared resources
Use Google Drive or Telegram integrations in ways that violate Google’s or Telegram’s terms

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have permission to clone or download any content you process with the Service.

4. Google Drive Integration

If you connect Google Drive, the Service may create folders and upload files you choose to save there. You can disconnect Google Drive at any time in Storage Settings. Use of Google Drive is also subject to Google’s Terms of Service.

5. Accounts and Admin Access

Administrative areas of the Service are restricted. You must keep any credentials or access phrases confidential and not share them with unauthorized persons.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service’s software, branding, and original materials belong to RiseWithCode or its licensors. Content you clone remains subject to the rights of its original owners. We do not claim ownership of third-party websites or Telegram content you process.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. Cloning results may be incomplete or inaccurate depending on the source site.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RiseWithCode and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or restrict access to the Service if we believe these Terms have been violated or if continued use would harm the Service, other users, or third parties.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
